The quality is guaranteed by the latest technology in design, production and assembly. The design office within the company has a number of more than 10 specialized designers, with extensive experience in the field, thus being the largest and most successful in Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n

The precast concrete products are products that are addressed to a relatively small number of consumers (builders), for which the distribution network presupposes the presence at trade fairs, in specialized catalogs and of course a direct contact between qualified persons and with a degree of preparation. to which only experience and competence can draw on to conclude delivery contracts. The sale of the prefabricated elements is made on the basis of a rather laborious process of negotiations, which often involves the analysis of the construction project together with the manufacturer to find the most technical solutions in terms of respecting the technical and aesthetic parameters. Next is the actual production, the transport and then the assembly of the elements according to the species. – The strengths of our business are given by: – \u200b\u200bthe quality of the products offered due to the production approach with the most advanced technologies from the moment of construction; – the proposed business environment that will ensure continuous technical assistance to clients; – the location of the factory in an area of \u200b\u200bmaximum demand given the potential of Prahova county, the proximity of Bucharest and other counties with a dynamic development, which ensures a low transport cost.<\/span>
Short history<\/span><\/p>\n

SC Bauelemente SRL was established on December 11, 2006 with a well-defined purpose from the inception, namely values \u200b\u200bthat demand for precast concrete products from production to commercialization to the final consumer (the manufacturer).<\/span><\/p>\n

The activity of the company involves superstructures for industrial halls, civil buildings, supermarkets, with one or more floors, as well as their closures: concrete walls and covers or light closures.<\/span><\/p>\n

The range of products offered by our company varied as much as in 2008 by the production of vines and fruit trees and in 2009 by the production of bridge beams and parapets (concrete dividers type NEW JERSEY). The offered products are preceded by assistance and consultancy services provided to the general contractor and the designer in order to make the optimal decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

As it turns out, from the organizational structure, the company not only aims to produce and deliver them to the client but also assumes the responsibility of mounting the delivered elements thus participating in the construction directly. Consequently, the main object of activity specified in the company statute and in the certificate of registration at the Trade Register is “Manufacture of concrete products for construction” activity within the CANEN nomenclature group 2361.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rapid need for spaces will generate the need to find fast design and construction solutions, which will promote prefabricated constructions that can offer nal solutions in less than a year for any volume of construction.<\/span><\/p>\n

SC Bauelemente SRL a fost in intata la 11 decembrie 2006 cu un scop bine conturat de la in intare si anume de valori care a cererii de produse de beton prefabricat de la productie pana la comercializare catre consumatorul nal (constructorul).<\/p>

Activitatea societatii presupune suprastructuri pentru hale industriale, cladiri civile, supermarket-uri, s.a.m.d, cu un etaj sau multietajate, precum si inchideri ale acestora:pereti si invelitori din beton sau inchideri usoare.<\/p>

Gama de produse oferite de societatea noastra s-a diversi cat in anul 2008 prin productia de stalpi de vita de vie si pomicultura iar in anul 2009 prin productia de grinzi de pod si parapeti (separatori de sens din beton tip NEW JERSEY) . Produsele oferite sunt precedate de servicii de asistenta si consultanta acordata antreprenorului general si proiectantului in vederea luarii deciziei optime.<\/p>

Dupa cum reiese si din structura organizatorica societatea nu-si propune numai sa le produca si sa le livreze clientului ci isi asuma si responsabilitatea montarii elementelor livrate participand astfel la constructii in mod direct. In consecinta obiectul principal de activitate precizat in statutul societatii si in certi catul de inregistrare la Registrul Comertului este \u201cFabricarea produselor din beton pentru constructii\u201d activitate incadrata in nomenclatorul CAEN la grupa 2361.<\/p>

Nevoia rapida de spatii va genera nevoia gasirii unor solutii rapide de proiectare si construire fapt ce va promova constructiile prefabricate care pot oferi solutii nale in mai putin de un an de zile pentru orice volum de contructii.<\/p>

Cu o echipa dinamica in care experienta, imaginatia, calitatea lucrarilor si respectul pentru client sunt atributele resti ale societatii, Bauelemente SRL o sa e un partener sigur si sa ocupe un prim loc pe piata de prefabricate.<\/p>

Calitatea este garantata\u0306 de tehnologia de ultima\u0306 ora\u0306 \u00een proiectare, product\u0327ie s\u0327i montaj. Biroul de proiectare din cadrul soci- eta\u0306t\u0327ii dispune de un numa\u0306r de peste 10 proiectant\u0327i specializat\u0327i, cu vasta\u0306 experient\u0327a\u0306 \u00een domeniu, ind astfel cel mai mare s\u0327i perfor- mant din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>

Prefabricatele de beton sunt produse ce se adreseaza unui numar relativ mic de consumatori (constructori) fapt pentru care reteaua de distributie presupune prezenta la targuri de pro l, in cataloage de specialitate si bineinteles un contact direct intre persoane cali cate si cu un grad de pregatire la care doar experienta si competenta pot atuuri pentru a incheia contracte de livrare. Vanzarea elementelor prefabricate se face pe baza unui proces destul de laborios de negocieri care presupune de multe ori analiza proiectului de construire impreuna cu constructorul pentru a gasi solutiile tehnice cele mai e ciente din punct de vedere al respectarii parametrilor tehnici si estetici. Urmeaza productia propriu-zisa, transportul si apoi montajul elementelor conform speci catiilor.\u2028- Punctele forte ale afacerii noastre sunt date de:\u2028- calitatea produselor oferite datorita abordarii productiei cu tehnologiile cele mai avansate din momentul construirii;\u2028- mediul de afaceri propus care va asigura a asistenta tehnica continua clientilor;\u2028- amplasarea fabricii intr-o zona de maxima cerere dat ind potentialul judetului Prahova apropierea de Bucuresti si de alte judete cu o dezvoltare dinamica fapt ce asigura un cost redus de transport.<\/p>
