    PREFAB \u00a0SA was founded in 1967 in order to respond to the most demanding orders of the construction materials for civil, industrial and agricultural constructions market.\u00a0 In 50+ years of existence, the company has got a vast experience, being one of the biggest national producers in the field.<\/p>\n

    In 1998, PREFAB S.A. was privatized by ROMERICA INTERNATIONAL Bucharest who bought the majority stock . PREFAB S.A. has 99,9% of the shares stock of PREFAB INVEST and it is the sole shareholder of PREFAB BG\u00a0 Silistra Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

    The production base is located in Calarasi and it is extended on an area of extra 38 ha. Based\u00a0 on the production activities, the plant is organized \u00a0in different divisions.<\/p>\n
