Brief History

PREFAB  SA was founded in 1967 in order to respond to the most demanding orders of the construction materials for civil, industrial and agricultural constructions market.  In 50+ years of existence, the company has got a vast experience, being one of the biggest national producers in the field.

In 1998, PREFAB S.A. was privatized by ROMERICA INTERNATIONAL Bucharest who bought the majority stock . PREFAB S.A. has 99,9% of the shares stock of PREFAB INVEST and it is the sole shareholder of PREFAB BG  Silistra Bulgaria.

The production base is located in Calarasi and it is extended on an area of extra 38 ha. Based  on the production activities, the plant is organized  in different divisions.
