CON-A is one of the largest construction companies in the country, with over 27 years industry market experience. The company offers to its clients the entire range of services in order to accomplish the projects on schedule and at the required quality standards: it has its own workforce – over 850 employees, more than 120 construction specialists (engineers, designers, architects etc.), experienced management team, construction equipment and tools, production factories for precast concrete elements and steel structures, construction material supplier etc. CON-A is the ideal partner to carry out large range civil engineering projects, shopping malls and trading estates, but mostly industrial development projects – the 60 production and deposit units raised by us over the years bear testimony.

The production processes from both factories are submitted to a strict control managed by international standard requirements regarding quality, environment, health and operational security, where the end products have certificates of conformity for production control in the factory released by National and European authentication authorities.

 Brief history

CON-A is a group of enterprises with Romanian private fund, founded in March 1990, having as chairman and sole associate Eng. Mircea Bulboacă.

Regional leader in realizing civil and industrial construction works, CON-A’s performance put the company in 2017 in top 10 largest construction companies in Romania according to the turnover rate –  rank 4 in the civil and industrial construction domain. This puts us on first place in the region, CON-A becoming the most important building contractor from Transylvania.

Concrete precast structure – production and mounting  
The precast concrete factory (situated in Mârșa, Sibiu), has a 3000 cm/month production capacity and produces:

• Linear structural elements: columns and girders;
• Roof elements: TT (double – tee) type elements and purlins;
• Floor elements: TT (double – tee) type elements, slabs;
• Precast wall/panel elements as closure;
• Foundation elements: sockets, beam footing;
• Prestressed beams for roadway bridges;
• Prestressed slabs for roadway bridges.

Structural steel         
The figured iron department operates and produces approximately 1.200 tones/month of steel for reinforced concrete.
