This year, we continued the series of discussions on precast concrete solutions. Speakers from Romania and abroad addressed various current issues as well as future projections, meant to inspire participants:

The challenges of urban development in Romania and abroad
Future trends and examples of cities transformed through precast concrete solutions
Innovative precast elements for urban development in Romania and abroad
Legislative updates regarding sustainability and the carbon footprint of constructions, seismic resistance, fire safety standards, etc.

OBJECTIVES

Through this event, Prefbeton aimed to bring together the key partners in the construction industry – precast concrete producers, structural designers, architects, professors and students from specialized universities, general contractors, real estate developers, suppliers of equipment and materials for the construction sector, and more.

As always, our goal was to mobilize industry partners to support the precast concrete market, which has surpassed 2 million cubic meters and is in full expansion. This growth reflects the major advantages of precast concrete, including controlled quality, fast installation, continuous production throughout the year, and versatility.

In addition, precast concrete structures are cost-effective, offering fixed prices and well-defined delivery deadlines – crucial parameters for real estate developers.
